Incomplete and Disappointing Service

I had taken help from Mr RP Vashishtha in Sept 2023 last yr to recover money from an astrologer whom I had paid 55k inr. He managed to convince him to return 40k inr via UPI on 5th october 2023, he accepted it on my behalf and advised he will transfer me and till date he did not. He threatened that if I call his children he will return that money back to the Astrologer. HE IS A CHEAT, HE IS NOT A HONEST PERSON. DO NOT TAKE ANY SERVICE FROM HIM. HE IS A GOON DAT IS ALL.
