Good Looks Beauty Parlour Krishna Nagar Delhi

I was there at looks Krishna nagar on 14th February 2020, took a pre bridal package. Am so unhappy and disappointed with their services. Since past 15 years am getting my body waxed and have been using rica wax since past 2 years, but never in these 15 years, I saw a regrowth with in 4 days...very visible growth in just 4 days. I went for body polishing too, and let me tell you not even for a day i felt the smoothness or shine that is visible after body polishing. Took a anti dandruff scalp treatment, which staff told me will last for one month, which was clearly a LIE...as it lasted only for 4 days. Staff is untrained, unprofessional, they neither have the basic courtesy of dealing with the customer nor they have any expertise of their job. Only one female manager at the reception understand the importance of customer loyalty but one person alone can't run the show. After spending more then 11 thousand, i feel disappointed cheated and if you will look at their price list it feels as if it's a 5 star salon. My sincere advice to all please dont waste your money and time visiting this branch.
