Ajay is a total Fraud, he normally doesn't pick up your call. He promises me to book a tatkal reservation ticket, After that he asked me to transfer the money and my ticket was confirmed. But when he sends me the PNR no it was on the waiting list, and unfortunately, it was not confirmed (earlier he promised me ticket will be confirmed). Biggest fraud was my ticket got canceled and the money I transferred to him he never returned.

I had a worst experience, they are frauds they told that they will provide confirm tatkal ticket but they provided waiting ticket saying that it will be confirmed by VIP quota but it doesnt happen and have not refunded the money yet, they are the biggest frauds.
