I had good experience with Grandhdwar. I had ordered one Marathi book, Partner, to gift my friend. I had requested them to put it in Gift wrap and send directly to the her home. Grandhwar provided it on the very short notice. It reached her on birthday. :)

Their delivery experience is terrible. I had ordered a marathi book online for delivery in Ahmedabad. Before ordering, I called their customer care to ensure that delivery will take place within 3-4 working days and they assured me it will. They asked me to clarify the address the day I had placed the order and I promptly replied. However, I did not receive my courier within the stipulated time due to "insufficient address" despite the fact that I had updated my complete postal address on the day of order. I asked them not to wait for the courier to reach their center and send me another copy and they agreed. However, when I called again 3 days later, I discovered that they had sent the courier the day before only. The staff was rude, defensive and unapologetic and cut my call. Highly unreliable service system!
