I worked at this organization full time for over a year. They miss paying salaries on time, they violate the employment agreement, and if you try to buyout your notice period (since the joining letter doesn't say that notice period is non-negotiable), they withhold your experience letter and due payments, and try to force you to serve the notice period. If you refuse, they simply stop acknowledging your mails and doesn't give you your experience certificate. Few of my coworkers got fired for demanding their due salaries. And they don't give you an appraisal after a year of your confirmation. The administration and HR are extremely unhelpful to the employees. They still owe me and several of my former co-workers their experience letter and settlement amount, and no matter how many times you mail or call them, it's a dead end.
