Guru Sakthi constructions has previously established in the name of Guru Kripa Constructions. Guru Kripa Constructions was before a proprietary concern and later it has become partnership for Guru Sakthi Constructions. The company will professionally market its projects by launching persuasive and informative advertisement impugns through various sections of the media. Advertisement campaigns will be launched before booking for each project are commenced, in order to give maximum exposure to the projects. This marketing strategy will be implemented continuously. Besides, the company will also arrange for inspection of the projects which would give confidence in the minds of customers. And later the Guru Sakthi Constructions has been established and started in the year 2010 and had completed around 2 projects one in Perungalathur which was completed in the year 2011 and another in West Tambaram which was completed in the year 2013. It has totally hand over 24 dwelling units and the construction has won the satisfied customers. In perungalathur it had 8 dwelling units and West Tambaram had 9 dwelling units. Now the ongoing Project is in Vandalur where this project contains 7 dwelling units. One project is yet to be started next month in New Perungalathur and it had 12 dwelling units.
