my excess weight...where i was given counselling and was asked to tred mill for 20 min......and got better result out of that It keeps our mind peacefully and makes our body and mind healthy. Its a nice place which makes us happy both physically and mentally.

this gym are well trained for good master and quality equipments for this gym also a monthly fees are very cheap so i recommened this gym for my friends and relatives...........
