Happy Home Guest House Paanduranga Puram Visakhapatnam

The guest house is horrible, just last week, i stayed in this guest house in Vizag for 2 nights. We were on the 1st floor, there are 3 rooms, 2 toilets, 1 toilet with 2 entrances, is common for 2 bedrooms & that could be accessed from both the rooms & that's a big issue. The 2nd toilet is also not adjacent to the bedroom next to it. They don't have a minimum maintenance, the toilets are dirty, bed sheets r dirty & torn, they don't even change the bed sheets, sofa cover. The curtains, which r visible in the picture are same and dirty. The window sheets, ceiling are full of spider web. There is only one guy, named 'Raju', who gives the tea in the morning, gets food from outside, sweeps the floor with broom/cleans the toilet (after several requests) and throughout our 2 days' staying, we have got him in the same sleeveless t-shirt & short. In the same dress, Raju, the only caretaker cum sweeper cum attendant does all sorts of work, whereas we pay approx 2K per room/night-really aaaaaawful

This guest house is really sick. They have 2 rooms attached to one bathroom and incase we need to use we will have to lock the other side. Since we were a group we had some understanding. The problem is we were not informed about this and figured it out only when someone opened the door from the other side.I was wondering what if it was complete strangers in the other room. The A/C will be turned on only on request. To fill a bucket of water, it will take atleast 10min. Water supply was abruptly stopped during night one day. I had to literally wake up someone who was sleeping in the hall in the mid of night. A family stays in the same premises and there are frequent visitors. There is no privacy at all in the ground floor. It was not a pleasant stay at all. The positives were the bed was neat and clean. Tea was also good.
