Famed for their food, drink and service, everyone waited with bated breath for HRC hyderabad to open up and so far they havent disappointed. they have a very personalised service routine, with a designated waiter who introduces himself/herself and will help you be seated and take down your order. the drinks are legendary with some real gems, for instance the tequila martini and watermelon martini are really good. you wont be disappointed with any of their cocktails. and if you dont like what you get, you can send it back. for the food, they have a limited vegetarian menu (as is with most places that serve meat). the vegetarian options are loaded with paneer. still their nachos and quesadilla are very good. the sour cream dip and pickles round up the flavours well. i was disappointed with the potato skins but i guess its a matter of personal preference. for the non vegetarians, this is one of the few places that serves beef. and their beef burgers and sandwiches are to die for. choose from over 10 variants. they also have a very good range of continental dishes from baked macaroni and cheese to lasagna. their cheesecake is very good and highly recommended as is also their apple pie. but then, they pride themselves in their american - tex mex offerings so it had better be. the service is fast and attentive, you can catch the staff doing their YMCA routine climbing on countertops every hour and they encourage you to join in. their live gigs drawn in the crowds and it can get pretty crowded on weekends and when the live bands are playing. they have a see through smoking room and the loos are clean. rates are a bit steep, dinner and drinks for 2 will be about 1500 per person. but it is well worth the experience.
