 Harmony Wellness Concepts is an organisation working primarily in the field of wellness empowerment and health coaching. We empower individuals to take charge of their own health by educating them about traditional and modern nutrition, exercises and healing techniques. We have specially designed coaching programs for employees in corporations and school children which will bring out the best in individual. Mrs. Chandni Mehta is a practising psychotherapist, who is passionate about Psychology and believes that every living being is capable of becoming self-realised. She wants to spread awareness about mental health in society by working hard and having strong ethics. She has done her Bachelors from L. D. Arts, Ahmedabad and Masters in Counseling Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore. She has research interests in the areas of parenting and counsellor development. Her clinical practice focuses on working with children, young adults, parents, pre-marital and marital therapy. She has worked with different age groups in different settings like schools, hospitals and de-addiction centers. These exposure made her experience the distinct needs of people and society.
