Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Their technician is not competent. They installed my ac and within a day it started sort circuit. They wrapped drain line and electric cable together with joints at same point and from their sort circuit happened. Further qithin 7 days of use whole gas was drained out and cooling was stopped.
