If you have decided to avail Himachal Pradesh helpline tourism, keep in mind that you will never get co-operation once you pay the full amount. Worst customer service ever. They don't pick up calls on emergency and if you are fortunate enough to hear their voice, don't expect a solution rather they will tell you to adjust and would blame you for nagging too much. If you are still willing to go,all the best!!
