I along with my family friends of 11 members are travelled North East package from 7th November 2019 to 12th November 2019. But we faced lot of bitter experience both in hotels and transportation. No coordination between drivers and transportation team. Just paying Rs.2000 as advance amount in Darjeeling they confirmed hotel booking. The hotel authorities demanded the remaining balance of Rs.23000. They threatened us by calling Lawyer and they want to book police complaint for recovery of amount of Rs.23000. And they won't allow us to check out from the hotel. I paid the amount from my pocket and check out. The travel agency not paid the amount to transport agency. The drivers stopped the vehicles in the middle of the journey while going to Bagdogra Air Port. We have to catch the flight by 2.30 pm. We prepared to pay the balance.
