The hotel location is good. The hotel is very convenient as it is located in the heart of the trivandrum city and all shops are within the walkable distance. It is very pleasant to stay in this hotel.The hospitality of this hotel is excellent.The room service is very fast. The food quality is very tasty and hygienic.There is also facility for gymnasium. The Hotel staffs are also very co-operative.

My wife and i returned from vacation from hotel highland.The rooms were very clean and we were fortunate to have a room .The staff were great and nothing was too much trouble for them.

good hotel nice choice...Good situation, comfortable. The bed and pillows gave us excellent sleeps. Would like to return here.

Average hotel in good location.Short walk was nice. Bus to airport is just outside. Really nice. Hotel interior and services is just average.. nothing too bad nor too special.
