N if forced to visit by client then unnecessary tantrums like a celebrity architect in India with no help on sturctural aspects of the building just concentrating on selling high end luxury products which provide a regular inflow of commission. Visit the actual projects from where these people have been dumped to know what these fraudsters are doing to the hard earned money of common people. Leaking roofs because of the high end concept of core cutting employed for drainage pipes, dead AC points, crooked stairs, cracked walls despite the best quality of material utilised r one of the few worthy mentions. If possible I would have rated this business negative 5 coz it is what they actually deserve. Almost 90% reviews posted by others are by the people who get work thru this good for nothing fraud architect.

He is not a Registered Architect, and it is quite dangerous for clients to have professional advice regarding building and structures from someone who is not authorized to do so. So please Go and check before investing your life savings in hands of anyone. It is same as having a medical advice and treatment from a compounder. Architect's license can be checked on COA.gov.in under title VERIFY YOUR ARCHITECT. and license no. of architect looks like this CA/****/******. A registered architect is an Architect who has studied architecture and Has done a basic degree of 5 years called B.Arch. with government guidelines and is Registered with Council of Architecture India under Architects Act 1972. Go check it.
