This company is fraud and saqib n afzal is gangster. His work is only cheated everyone. I gave him 10 lakh for construction. He gave aggrement of work and 10 lakh PDC cheque. After 3 month he did zero percentage work. Pdc cheque is bounce. Saqib mobile no. Us switch off. Afzal talk everyday very pollitily. Many FIR in vibhutikhand lucknow. Beware of him. In short... Bahut bade frade hai paise leke koi kaam nhi krte.

This company is total fraud. Afzel Shah Farooqui(primary)/Shakib & Meraj Ahmad(accomplices) of Humara Pariwar Constructions convinced me for high quality residential construction. Embezzled Rs 12 Lakh I provided in advance (somehow even I myself find it hard to believe). Beware of these guys, very good at persuasion. Mounts big piles of false promises with 0 delivery. They claim the site of others as their own. Arranged all material in credit from local vendors, didn't provided any wages to the labours (There is an FIR regarding the same). Even after 3 months he couldn't even deliver the tie beam. Had to terminate the contract and file of civil suite because of time loss, continuous threats from labours and vendors. All of these guys are no professional but just small time gangsters. Still receive threat calls for them and their associates. ?Do not fall for any PDC for security against payment made. ?PS: This just a very short glimpse of a very long story
