Hi, everyone I am using this service since 6 months it was good, but from last few days, lots of problem, issues is fiber cut, there engineers are not bothered to give service. If we call call center, song is ringing on more then 15 minutes coustmer is on another call. Before taking new connection they talk to politely call you 10 times once you purchase, God save you they will never pick up phone. Very unliablle service My opanion dont ever by it

The internet service was really very good since 2017 but from last 7-9 months the internet service has been very pathetic and we are really unhappy because the issues are very frequent (twice or thrice a week) now And when we call customer service number it is always busy. And always reason provided is always the same as fibre cable cut and this takes minimum 24hours to resolve
