Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this email to bring to your attention the recent issue that has arisen with my enrollment in the IELTS General classes at your institute. When I first contacted your institute, I was informed that I am eligible for the Canadian PR and was encouraged to enroll in your classes. Based on this information, I decided to join your institute and began attending classes regularly. However, there has been a communication breakdown recently, and I was informed that I am not eligible for the Canadian PR. This news came as a shock to me and the person who said so has had me. Due to this miscommunication, I am not willing to continue with the classes anymore. Therefore, I would like to request a refund of the fees paid. I would appreciate it if you could process the refund immediately. Please let me know if any further information is required from my side to expedite the process. I appreciate your understanding. Worst..just show good feedback on feed.They ask customer to give feedback on initial days so that time we don't have any clarity...I also given 5/5 but after six months now I am giving it in minus.They just believe in making business.spoke person in PR team just so rude with customers.only academic is good.other than it visa processing team are awful.my hardwork money just gone on wrong place.unble to explain whole incidence here.just make sure guys about everything before giving money here
