IISD Institute for Inspiration & Self Development (IISD) is inspired by the teachings of Swami Vivekananda who said, "Educate the people both morally and technically so that they may learn to be self-sufficient and help themselves and others". To achieve this mission & vision, SREI Foundation and Prajna Vidya Bharati Ltd have promoted IISD. Established in August 2005, IISD stands for a high socio-economic mission and vision. Its objective is to prepare students for significant competitive examinations, help them with career counselling facilities along with self-development tools. The idea is to provide severe learners with all necessary services towards the acquisition of individual skills for career fulfilment. There are thousands of organisations providing training for competitive examinations. IISD is here to work differently. It stands apart from other institutions because it will be a standing support to its students throughout their lives. Being a non-profit making organisation, fees are reasonable, and scholarships are readily available in all deserving cases. Counseling and financial support for the initial stages of the career will be provided to the students. While the other institutes prepare you for competitive examinations, IISD prepares you for life. Training for competitive exams is just a part of it.
