I’ve just completed my 12th grade and secured admission  for Robotics and AI. I’ve joined IKSC to gain hands-on experience and build essential skills. The psychometric test I took there gave me valuable insights into my strengths and areas for improvement, which I’m actively working on. Hello, I am piyush dipak pagare. I am distinction graduate aerospace engineer from sandip University while diploma from mechanical. I got introduced to IKSC by webinar during that time when I was in 3rd year. I came to IKSC and took the psychometric test base on the results strength and weaknesses. I decide to build my carrier in aerospace design. In at IKSC I have build my expertise on 2D sketching, 3D modelling, Drafting, Assembly design and various workbench. Half way in the course I realised that my eye health may not permit me and intense cad work. After details disscusion with Dr. Atul Patil sir. I have discovered a new carrier path as Aircraft health management here. I devloped good understanding about engine health monitoring, integrated vehicle health management, fleet management, Diagnosis and prognosis technics, Aircraft manuals and their standards. Hi, myself Chandrakant Borkar, a 2014 mechanical engg. graduate. I started my career as a QA engineer but always wanted to pursue design. In 2019, I resigned and joined IKSC on a friend's recommendation. The psychometric test there was incredibly insightful, helping me understand my personality and guiding me to choose Product Design and Tolerance Stack Up as my focus areas. Under Dr. Atul Patil's mentorship, my personality transformed, and I significantly improved my soft skills, including presentation and spoken English. Besides my main courses, I also learned industry-oriented subjects like 6s, Value Engineering, GD&T, and design tools like CATIA, Creo, and Autodesk Inventor. I was just a undergraduate student persuing my Mechanical engineering field when I joined I.K.S.C. Pvt. Lmt. It was very important step form me towards my course study and helped me alot with gaining industry orientated knowledge and skills. At the start of the course, I gave "Psychometric test and behavioural analysis", There are various industry orientated courses to choose from at I.K.S.C. which are well organised into organized packages. With the guidance of my Mentor Dr. Atul Sir, I choose "Product Engineering", Which included :- CAD, CAE, Six Sigma Green belt course, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance, Value Engineering, FEA and Hypermesh Software. A very professional environment with flexible E-learning modes in the premises helped me complete my course simultaneously with my college curriculum. Hopefully, All these efforts bore fruits. At my college placements with all the knowledge I had, I comfortably cracked the interviews and choose the conglomerate JSW group.
