Fraud owner and workers. Have suplied a defective ups worth 17, 000 rupees which has started malfunctioning after two days. Their engineer came to visit and himself declared that the ups is faulty and should be replaced. After that , they have started cutting my calls and are not attending them. When i call from another number, they accidentally pick up and say that sorry we cannot replace it, please use it somewhere else and buy a new ups. This is the meaning of their two year warranty. Owner Piyush has not even bothered to take one of the so many calls i have made to him. Please beware of this shop, they have robbed me of my money. Also, if anyone has a suggestion how they can be put to task, please let me know.

We buy an 2 ups Battery for home purpose, They provided me an expected Online brand 2-10KVA, They give me 1 year of warranty for this battery, The battery cost is 68000, This is the correct amount to buy this battery, I am satisfied.

From this Marvelous business agent, I had to purchase the UPS and this 2 - 10 KVA, where I have chosen this vendor. The UPS cost was nominal amount. I'm really happy to purchase the ups from this vendor….

Purchased an UPS of 6 KVA from this dealer. Their service was very good and they guided us very well for the usage. They charged RS 43750 which is high but its OK as it was our need. I am satisfied with them and I am gonna deal with them next month also
