nvestor should not waste money with Incuspaze, Should track the record before investing. They will be disaster in few months... they just making customer and realtor fool. For money they can allow anything in their office. Arrogant, Cheap, Unprofessional, Poor Quality, Fraud, Unethical, Liar and will exploit, if your business runs. We are with them since 5 month for private cabin (Rs. 14500) , the contract made to renew in every 6 month and mentioned 10% annum increment but when they find my business is settled they demand 45% increment (Rs. 22500) after 6month. When ask to obey the contract they denied. The flooring of cabin was coming out from day one, the owner Mr Sanjay Choudhry committed in person to get it repaired but like the companies culture he lie. The marketing team is even worst, and inside seating in incuspaze they keep directing you with other companies offer.
