I found this tour planner worst and the most unprofessional. I booked a Goa tour package with my family via Indiaco holiday and I still regret this mistake of mine. After paying an initial booking amount at Delhi office owners they stop responding any of our calls. We waited more than an hour at night 3 am when we reached the villa because nobody was there to open a door for us. After waiting for an hour when we entered to a villa there was no service, not even a single water bottle was provided. Somehow We managed the night and in the moring, some housekeeper guy came and demanded full amount payment. We strictly said we will pay the amount in part as we do not trust your service. They kept fighting and harassing us for payment every single day and they also transferred our trip to one day from AC personal car to a bus of 40 people. We denied they don't even agree to lessen the payment amount and forced us to vacate the villa at 12 am night. Somehow we passed days and finished travel
