if you book you have to struggle in trip... driver is pathetic.. we booked it for 4 days he was forcing to make 3 day during our travel.. bus got breakdown in ghats.. we almost searched one spare part for 4 hours were driver was relaxing.. after that but dint start we again searched for mechanic driver dint do anything... somehow mechanic worked and bus started but he said bus will be tilth one side and if you overtake it might meet accident.. so we decided not take risk ask for another bus which we didt got.. and driver says you however you want to go I'll fill the seats and go to puke were hee took full payment from us. finally we book another bus and came safely to Pune. they don't care about passengers safety in breakdown no arrangements
