WORST !!!!!<br/>I thought its a right decision for giving my hairs smoothing treatment from this well reputed saloon , made a mistake . staff having lack of skills , delivered a bad service . Gave me false promises about my smoothing treatment that hairs would be straight not for an year but for lifetime , within 10 days i saw the poor results . My hairs got waves and tips got rough and the worst thing was when i asked about this problem they made themselves very clear that they dont have to do anything with this , its not their problem , talked in an offensive way . Really , they delivered me worst service and with this charged much more as they said on an appointment call . Swindles innocent persons ,

DON'T Ever TRY SMOOTHINGLIKE TREATMENT FROM HERE BAD EXPERIENCE <br/>

I was looking to change my look and try a new hair cut, so I went to this outlet thinking these guys will be able to deliver exactly I wanted and also provide their professional expertise on improving the look as per my face cut. I was absolutely wrong. The guy started off explaining what he is going to do and sounded pretty confident on what he was doing. I asked him for a simple front fringe. He gave me that but his estimation was totally wrong. He cut my hair way too short and now my hair is standing straight just like that of a guy . I look like one of 70's rock band guitarists. I look like a total boy! I cant get this thing corrected until the hair on my forehead grows long enough for any cut to be possible in the first place. Moreover the employees are extremely condescending if you them that your last cut from a non-luxury salon. Really bad way to treat customers. I don't know about other JH outlets but this one sure doesn't keep up to the brand name's reputation. Think twice before you go there.
