Daitari Mohanty, the owner of Jaya Guru Constructions Pvt Ltd is a fraud. Do not believe that person. He will politely approach you and accept all the conditions before buying the property. Once you pay, you will see his real face. He behaves like a Gunda and he will threaten you saying he will sell the same property to another party. He will pull you to the court just to harsh you. Since last 2 years, I am far away from mental peace and I consider my decision to deal with Daitari Mohanty was the worst decision of my life. Even, he will not accept the terms in the agreement and he will say that it has been printed by mistake. You must be thinking 'SERIOUSLY' !!! The same was my experience once. I am raising my voice here in case my experience will help someone to stop him from suffering like me. At every stage, he will demand you money. He will promise you everything like road, electricity, boundary and what not !!! But the reality is far away from the commitment.
