It was the first time I had a deal with them and they gave me 101% assurance that a car will be arranged and accordingly I planned my trip but at the end moment what I hear is they are not able to arrange a car!...you need to work on your customer service, evertime I had to follow up with them and they didn't listen to me at all...don't give assurance when you can't give the services...I thought I'll be in touch with you guys after this deal but don't think you deserve customers who trusts you.
