The technician had visited after repeated calls, but didn't solve the problem, he was asking for 400 Rs as service charge, but when I said that on my enquiry from customer care I was told to pay 300 Rs as service charge. Then he agreed, also he had no employe card or code, had not brought TDS meter to check the water quality. The technician promised to come on next day to check the TDS quality of water ( which he gave in writing but didn't turn back). Such a poor quality service from Kent is not new, every year during annual Mentinance I have to face such problems on behalf of Kent technicians. After dozens of call made by me to customer care, I was able to speak to Mr Sadam, he also assured about the service, but no corrective measures were taken by any technician and the problem still persists.<br/>

I purchased residential RO from Kent RO System . This is one of the best shop and the cost is completely reasonable which is Rs11000.

these days water from tap is quite dirty so i suggest use r.o , water purifier it will clean the water and ready 2 drink
