I have rated with single star because there is not option to rate with zero star. <br/>You will be attracted by the house and the rooms, but BEWARE OF THE OWNER, THE LANDLADY. SHE WILL BLACKMAIL YOU AT A LATER STAGE AND WILL ASK FOR EXTRA MONEY ELSE YOUR LUGGAGE WILL NOT BE HANDED OVER AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO USE THE ROOM. <br/>ALSO, YOU CANNOT TRUST HER WORDS. SHE WILL AGREE AT A LESSER RATE MAY BE 5000 - 6000 PER MONTH AND AT THE TIME OF GETTING MONEY, SHE WILL REFUSE TO ACCEPT THAT SHE AGREED AT THE SAME RATE AND WIL ASK TO PAY EXTRA, ELSE A COOK NAMED DEEPAK WITH OTHERS WILL NEITHER ALLOW YOU TO USE THE ROOM AND WILL BEAT YOU TO THE HELL.<br/><br/>SO STRICTLY BEWARE.<br/><br/>MY ONLY ADVICE WOULD BE, DO NOT EVEN THINK OF JOINING THIS PG.
