Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Stay away from these guys. We booked a 2500 km 10 day car and driver trip thru Gujarat and paid 5k deposit 4 months in advance. They were very elusive and would not provide any details about age of car or experience of the driver. The car they supplied was a junk with cracked windshield, broken seat belts that should be in a junkyard. Upon pressure from one of my relatives they sub-contracted another small operator to supply a replacement vehicle with a rude driver who was unpleasant and uncooperative. All the money and time we spent to plan this vacation was ruined by these guys who don’t care about customer service.
