They use expired products for one . And once you select a shampoo they will use a protein shampoo to wash dirt. It is such a corrosive protein wash that your hair will keep falling. The water they use is not even RO purified. Once issues are raised to the owner she does not even apologize and acts casual. Very very poor products and services .
