horrible service! burnt my skin and did not even apologise! untrained service providers who have no sense of hygiene... they used unwashed stained smelly towels and used waxing strips that were dropped on the unclean floor... rats were seen on the floor during facial; service providers do not know about products & services... go there if u want hepatitis or Covid!!!! Beware!!

I went to get my clean up done today. I spoke to one of the women there for a 'skin consultation' since I did not know and told her that my biggest concern are the blackheads. She advised me to get three things done which I did not need so I told her to give me a basic clean up. She came back to me with something more expensive and being inexperienced I agreed for the same with the hope that she would also address my concern for my blackheads which i had explicitly told her about. however, she ended up not giving me any treatment for the blackheads, put some masks on my face and sent me on my way. when i asked them about it later, they told me stories about how I have to come regularly every 15 days for their services. basically, they keep trying to sell you more of their expensive services without properly attending to the services which you are already getting done. then they get offended when you don't take those services. Very bad experience for Rs. 1300. Will never go here again.
