It worked fine for a few months until in the last month, when i wanted to cancel as it was the time for college admissions procedure to start. I send them the request for account termination 2 weeks before my plan's end date. Not only did they ignore my request, they didn't pick up their own books and told me that i would have to pay for the next month also as my plan's end date was gone. I was thoroughly disappointed but paid the fees hoping i would read at least a little and that after the end date they would give back the refund at least (500/- refundable deposit made at the time of creating the account) - which was a horrible decision. Even after i paid the next month fees, i didn't receive the books and tried logging in again only to find THEY DEACTIVATED my account. Send them a mail explaining the situation, haven't received a reply yet. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
