Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service

They dont send any maid to your house after getting money. they never return your money. everytime it is postponed because actual owner is never available. don't hire from this aency. they are FRAUD

Horrible service. In one word they are cheaters who are not only cheating innocent clients but also cheating the maids by setting up false expectations. I had to return the maid in 2 days because of their false commitments to her. Even getting back the refund is not easy. After repeated request they refunded my amount after deducting 5000/- after 2 weeks. They are scammers. Please don't fall under their trap. The actual owner never comes on phone.
