I feel like I have been scammed here. Customer service is worst of its kind. Staff behavior is so rude and outright disgusting. Let me share my experience. I have bought a dewan cum bed and they all sweet until I paid the advance. They have demanded 1200 for transportation and 300 for labour just for a distance of 500 mts. I decided to take transport via lynk(costed around 400) and they didn't like this and increased the Labour charge to 600rs. We had a heated argument. I asked for the owner number which they never shared. And finally, I gave up and paid 500rs. Remember this is not about a few hundreds I lost but it is how they behave with the customer and twist their words. Between the products are bit overpriced here.

Good quality furniture and customise also done for my bed.

I ordered 4 furniture items even when the price was higher than online stores on the premise of high quality, and craftman ship. Khatija told me that deliver charges will be extra which I complied. Hell broke loose after the promised delivery date was missed. Delay in delivery is an understatement. Lie after lie, lack of commitment, accountability, and professionalism. Arguments for missed delivery date, pricing, and what not. Finally on the day of delivery (delayed by double), Khatija tells me that I have to arrange 2-3 men as handling the furniture was 4-5 men job. Even when I told her that I don't have any physical help besides me, she sends the furniture with 2 people only. We were stranded for almost 2 hours trying to arrange for extra pairs of hands urgently. All for an average quality product and was hardly customized. Other than money, you will likely lose your time, calm, sanity, and patience while dealing with them.
