Washing Machine Repair

Average service from this M. K. Electronics, Villivakkam for My Washing machine Water leaking issue, so I contacted this technician. The technician came and check it. They told the water leaking problem, They took my washing machine to the service center, And they did not inform me, They replaced drum in the washing machine without my permission, they quoted me 2000 after that service I paid 3300 for that service, now Washing machine is working fine, Overall I feel median about their service and response.
