Worst experience!! They are second line agents, and they charge for both first line agent and the Maars tours. For example, we paid twice the amount of visa service charge comparing other travel agents. In addition to it very bad experience in booking international air tickets. Inexperienced staffs... no clear knowledge on both visa processing and air ticket booking.. Don't prefer this travel agent... beware guys!!!
