When we think agency most of our family members say DONT GO FOR IT. THEY TAKE THEIR COMMISION AND PROVIDE BAD STAFF AND THEN RUN AWAY. That's exact description of MADHAV HEALTHCARE SERVICES. Yes they live up to everyone's expectations perfectly of being thieves and deceiving company. This is perfect definition of a FRAUD AGENCY. So please BEWARE!!! His staff ended up stealing from my house [I have video proofs and audio recordings for this] Not just this I saw injuries on my babies face while under her care and video showing her aggression towards her were later seen. Also during her tenure she informed us that MADHAV had told her that she had to work for max 3 months and at the end lie and leave the job. We paid for her but told him to refund his commision as he hasnt provided a good staff. He agreed for partial refund on whatsapp and in person BUT has done nothing and doesnt reply to any communication. Its beens months now and we now know he is a FRAUD.

The man, madhav himself, is just a thug. He seems t9 be running a scam or something. Full of shitty excuses thats it. And if he ever denies of any allegations, we have proofs against him and his staff.

Taranjit the owner and Manisha are just money minded. We had 6 months contract with them and they have provided service only for 2 months. After that neither they have provided any staff nor does they are returning the money. They don't pay salary to staff whose salary we have already paid. They make big promises, have completely unprofessional behaviour with untrained staff. They force staff to lie about the work which they have never done in their life...
