Refrigerator (Fridge) Repair

We bought a Refrigerator from this Vendor & they delivered a bottom damaged Refrigerator.After noticing the damaged by the technician, we complained but they put their hands up saying we are only a dealer, we can't do anything & also said talk to the Whirlpool people.My wife visited many times but no use, they always kept on tossing us.When i personally met the owner, he proudly said that we sell 100 products per day, how we can remember the problems.Very pathetic approach towards customer complaints, finally i started following with the Whirlpool people for a longer period & later they replaced the refrigerator.But being a process owner (Mahavir Electronics) he was always on a reactive mode, very bad experience, we have gone through.So folks please think twice before visiting Mahavir Electronics.

SATURDAY I BROUGHT TV STILL NOT INSTALL THAT'S WHY I AM VERY UPSET THEY SAID WILL INSTALL IN SUNDAY BUT THE ARE NOT DONE
