The worst possible owner lady. We stayed there for 4 months Jan 2001 to May 2021 when we had come for personal vacation. Rent Rs 22000/month and advance Rs 50000 all paid thru bank transfer.We were always prompt in. all our payments. We vacated on 16/5/2021. The owner Ms. Saraswati promised the refund of Rs 35000 within a week. We were communicating thru WhatsApp and she told that she will pay by mid June 2021. It is mid July 2021. She reads our messages but doesn?t respond. We call her everyday, the phone rings forever and she doesn?t have the courtesy to respond. Be careful with t his property, especially with money matters.
