I had purchased ceramic floor tiles two years ago. While purchasing the tiles i had the exact measurements for two type of tiles. while supplying they made a mistake. they had supplied more of one quality and a less of the other. ( my requirement was vice verse) I did not realize while taking the delivery. Eventually i had to return the unwanted tiles and to buy the same quantity of other tiles. But to my surprise they did not take the tiles. <br/>The manager was very adamant. Even after my request for several times they did not bother to respond. I had to buy the required quantity of tile after paying the heavy price from the same shop. The left over tiles worth around 9,000 rupees are still with me.<br/>Please do not buy anything from this shop. They speak nicely but they are most crooked people. I had a bitter experience with these people. The prices are exorbitant.<br/>Do not buy anything from this shop. if you do so you are inviting headache.<br/><br/>
