Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior

I contacted Milesh sir for the home tuition of my Daughter. I shared all the details and after that directly asked for the fees without sharing the teacher's profiles. I understand that might be their policy but could have explained nicly rather saying if you don't do, just leave. It's very rude .
