Moksh Banquet Khairatabad Hyderabad

We have gone there for a booking for birthday at moksh banquets @ necklace road. The earlier day they promised to give a banquet but due to negotiations for price they delayed the deal though we told them we would pay the advance to block and we were promised a call back to let us know the package. We always assured that we were flexible with the package. The next day they never followed up and when we went again they tell us it?s booked for some amount. They didn?t even give us a courtesy call. The ealier day the assistant said there were no enquirers but the manager Mahender say there were 8 enquirers and when we asked him to confront the list we could see general enquirers but not for the date we need the banquet for. They should have told us. This is such a discoordinated effort on the staff. Such a disrespect to the customer.
