Moti Mahal Guest House Chowk Bazar Surat

Worst experience ever, Pathetic service, i faced water shortage whole day. Hotel staff was rude hotel staff dont have any sense how to communicate to customers. rooms are completely unhygenic washroom sink was chocked with waste food and comote flush was not working, also cannot trust on security even locks are not secure. If you are travelling from mumbai dont go with the name washroom of moti mahal in andheri are much clean and neat then the room in this one most of staff are always drunk here if you are travelling with family dont go for this hotel what's the use spending money for good hotel service and dealing with drunk staff for it no one would bare their elders our ladies spoken rude by drunken peoples

This is the worst guest house ever seen in my life dont ever visit this guest house the rooms and washroom are very dirty and the staff over here are all drunk on duty so please no1 visit this guest house ever

As I was looked out for the accommodation for my official purpose,I have called this guest house to book the room,but they don’t response to the customers over the phone,they don’t help us to book rooms over the phone,so its just an average service
