MP Jewellers Gariahat Kolkata

I bought a yellow sapphire from the MP Jewellers Gariahat branch they started off with giving me the custom made ring a size smaller when I gave them back for repair they damaged the stone saying the stone has impurities. Its pathetic how they behave with customers coming for a reason to their esteemed store. Even after complaints the gem stone section cook up their own story to prove the customer is wrong. I wonder how the management of MP Jewellers are spoiling their name in the jewellery circuit. I want to call out Abhijit from the gemstones section of Gariahat branch who is the reason for the damage of the yellow sapphire I bought. Again sapphire is a costly gemstone and my experience with the store and staff has been horrible. Please check before you go to the store.
