Very fast n punctual good service

Worst ever experience. First they tell that speed is 6 Mbps in your plan and as soon as you pay the speed got to 10 to 20 Kbps in which you can't even run Whatsapp other things are too far to do. When called them they said cut your connection, we can't help you and took the security deposit in there as for 1 year and than give it back. Literally saying I never had such a bad experience with any company. They are just looting people of Udaipur in the name of slow internet.

Speed is slow as compared to price and field executives just making fool by saying that speed test is not made to check speed ,Download speed is max 1.5mbps while Jio is 14-18 Mbps . Affordability issue ... As well other expenses like installation charges ,Router cost,Refundable security ,Just technique to catch customers by insist on annual plans,other issues like connectivity problem ,signal loss bla bla ...

Third class ,claiming 80GB per month on MUPL 900 With downloading speed of upto 2mbps but regret to say from intital time speed is just 600kb/s and month by month it reduced to 100kb/s and they called is a high speed internet ,And now it's not connecting ,many other problems like disc connection problem ,ip address and it's not sometimes but persist again and again ,I think cheap quality systems are installed ,,worst service ever ! I am home user but if you like to buy it for business or cyber cafe then go for trusted service provider ..you shall end up with continuous complaints ..

Positive: 1> First let me say, this review is NOT reflective of the tech support team (Multinet) here in Udaipur. In fact, I feel confident that Field Supervisors,did everything they could on multiple occasions to get my system to work but were unable to do this. 2> Good Downloading speed.<br/><br/><br/>When I moved here from Germany to Udaipur, I had just some of the most harrowing experiences with Multinet. Having functional internet involved spending hours on the phone every couple of days with various technicians, having multiple service calls, and explaining my issue over and over again to less than competent customer service representatives. And I am paying Rs.1100 a month for less than stellar internet.<br/><br/>You do not want this system if you intend to use for extended periods of time OR use a lot of data like internet gaming because all they care about is downloading speed and not the ping.
