My Family Clinics Greenfield Colony Faridabad

I visited this clinic during lockdown period as i broke My spare pair of glasses and had no other option so i went to Family clinics the doctor is good listened to my problems patiently and suggested a solution but the service provided by them is very poor, i gave order for a new pair of glasses... my eye number is very high so they suggested me some glasses which they said are very good and thin and that will cost me 5 thousand only for the glasses. But when i got my spectacles the quality was not as promised and moreover when i went to collect my spectacles they told me that they have used fibre glasses that is why the glasses look thick which was not told to me earlier as i specially mentioned at the time of placing an order that i need thin glasses..i was given incomplete formation at the time i placed an order with theem and now they completely refuse that they did this..

Approached this eye hospital for a general check they have charged me 400 as a consultant fee.The way of response given by them was good and also the doctor suggested some eye drops for eye.i am much more comfortable with the treatment.Overall I am satisfied with their treatment.
