Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Other than not providing food after accepting payment When asked for a refund the woman blocked me.

When namrata kitchen was at its nascent stage it was homely. Now its expanded exponentially esp since they've changed address: dont know where she's getting this stuff from but its not home made, the packaging could be hers but food is not hers. And its damn well oil ridden. Pick up any veg its full of oil. Only mix dals and masoor dal are not. Others are not even fully pressure cooked. Her chicken curry's earlier used to be curry's not thick. And that was delicious. But recent one's are ?? worth throwing up. Top it I dont know what masala is she using now. The Curry has a distinct flavour and smell you get in jama masjid street food... I am dependent on her food, but of late her quality has drastically gone down. Her last Paneer was so unpalatable & cold. I got severe food poisoning. Someone whose dependent on her, initially you get ppl used to u n hot meals, then u turn ur back on yr loyal customer once u become famous? I have given her 10/10 when she was good. Now??

Very poor quality of food ( i am not exaggerating). She takes the money in advance and then does not deliver food. You need to keep chasing her to deliver food because your money is stuck with her. She does not even reply back. I had ordered lunch today and the food did not come. I kept calling her but no response.

Beware, she is fake . Initially, she will give for a day or two, normal food. She takes amount in advance. But gradually, she will start giving worse food, which will force you to complain her and stop the tiffin service. That gives her chance to not refund the amount and explaining the terms and conditions. She stopped replying my call and messeng. She denied giving my amount.

Awesome food, less oily and balanced meal, superb service
