Rajasekhar Reddy, Managing Director holds a Bachelors degree in Mining Engineering and and a Masters degree in Computer Science and Engineering. After his graduation he served in Singareni Collieries as a Mining Engineer from 1989 to 1994 and after his post graduation he served as Senior Technical Officer in ECIL, Hyderabad and Senior consultant in Citigroup and AT and T in USA from 1996 to 2002. He started Niharika Projects in 2002 and serving as a Managing Director since then. At Niharika Projects, he is instrumental in project planning, construction scheduling, cost estimates, resource planning and quality control. R. Sreelatha Reddy, Director - Execution holds a Bachelors degree in arts. Since she has passion for quality, she is instrumental in delivering projects with great quality.
