May be I am the first to write a review about this dry cleaner. I have been cheated by them. I had given them a saree about a year back. When I went to give the saree, the person who takes the materials was extremely busy, since he knew me personally he said I know your name and address , you can visit later and collect your slip. I said okay and left. I visited them about a week later to collect my slip which he checked and said there is no slip in my name. when i claimed that i had come and since the shop was extremely crowded you told me to come later. he denied completely that i had given him the any Saree. I gave the description of my Saree and kept on visiting them on intervals , but they completely denied and refused to even acknowledge my problem. I explained what the mistake was done by the person who had taken the Saree. he booked the Saree in some other name that is the reason even after one year no one is coming to take the Saree. I requested them to check the slip if it is already there , they said if the slip is there that person whose saree it is has not come to take the slip. This kind of behavior from an establishment is not acceptable , hence I would request you all to think and then decide if you should be taking their services or not. Thanks
